Horvath Towers Wins 40 Site Build to Suit

SOUTH BEND, IN - OCTOBER 9, 2007: Horvath Towers, LLC a leading developer and manager of wireless communications towers in the Midwest, has won the right to a 40 site Build to Suit contract in the Kansas, Missouri, and Oaklahoma markets. Most of the towers will be built in rural farmland areas and will range in height from 250' - 400'. This is Horvath's second foray into the Kansas and Missouri markets, having owned several sites in 2005-2006 that were eventually sold to SBA Communications. Horvath is excited to be back in the area and looks forward to further developing the relationships with the carriers in those markets.

Construction of the towers will begin in the 4th quarter and continue through 2nd quarter, 2008.

Horvath Towers owns and develops towers for wireless communications carriers and public safety entitites. Towers developed by Horvath are consistently rated among the highest in occupancy in their respective regions. Horvath's principal, Jackie Horvath, has established the company as a leading developer and manager of towers in the Midwest, in addition to having a presence in Pennsylvania and Texas. Horvath Towers, based in South Bend, Indiana, is a joint venture between Jackie Horvath and the equity firm Peppertree Capital Fund, LP.
