Horvath Announces its National Build to Suit Agreement with Aircel

South Bend, Ind. – July 22, 2009 - Horvath Towers, a leading wireless communication tower developer, today announced it has closed a national build to suit agreement with Aircell, the leader in airborne communications for business and commercial aviation. Under the terms of this agreement, Horvath will build tower sites in various areas of the country and lease space back to Aircell for the equipment it uses to provide Gogo® Inflight Internet service. Gogo turns a commercial airplane into a Wi-Fi hotspot with true Inflight Internet access, letting passengers surf the Web, download entertainment, check e-mail, instant message, stay connected to their social networks and more.

Horvath Towers was founded in South Bend in 1996 by Jackie Horvath. Since the Company’s inception, Horvath has grown from owning a few towers in Northern Indiana to owning and developing multiple sites throughout the United States.
