HORVATH Towers Wins zoning approval for tower in South Bend, Indiana

SOUTH BEND, IN – june 25, 2007: Horvath Towers, LLC, a leading developer and manager of wireless communications towers in the Midwest, has obtained approval from the South Bend Common Council, by a vote of 7 – 2, to construct a communications tower that will serve wireless carriers looking to expand their service area near the west side of South Bend. The tower is to be constructed on College Ave. in a light industrial area so as to minimize any impact on residential areas. The tower will be 171’ monopole design with capacity for 4 (four) wireless broadband carriers. Horvath anticipates commencing construction in September, 2007, after all environmental and regulatory reports have been completed.
