Sustaining Success...Horvath Communications Continues to Expand Their Services
SOUTH BEND, IN JANUARY, 2010: Many tower companies started with a few and grew to a great many sites. Horvath enjoys the same scenario but enjoys the distinction of being rated among the highest for occupation in their respective regions.
Horvath has a proven track record of providing top quality facilities and responsive cutomer service. These are two factors vitally important in the sustainability of success. It is with pride that Hark Systems plays a role in the assistance of providing equipment and services to enhance Horvath's performance.
Horvath uses Hark's DM-32 site monitoring equipment and the services of Hark's NOC center. The DM-32's are set up to monitor for : strobe failure, AC power, marker failure, photocell failure and day/night mode. All alarm events are forwarded to Hark's 24/7/365 NOC center. Taking advantage of the full service NOC center, frees up Horvath from the filing of and closing of all NOTAM's. All clients using this service have the ability of online access to research each site being monitored. The advantages don't stop...The FCC offers a waiver (this must be applied for) eliminating the need for quarterly site inspections in place of an annual inspection for sites using Hark's equipment.
