Horvath Communications Completes Partnership Deal and Capital Raise
SOUTH BEND , IN – January 3, 2005: Horvath Communications, Inc., developer and manager of wireless communications towers in the Midwest, has successfully completed a partnership deal and capital raise with Tower Ventures. Under the terms of the partnership, Tower Ventures will provide financing to develop approximately 90 towers in several Midwestern and Eastern metropolitan areas. The partnership will be called Horvath Communications Towers, LLC.
Horvath Communications, based in South Bend, Indiana, owns and develops towers for wireless communications carriers and public safety entities. Horvath towers are consistently rated among the highest in occupancy in their respective regions. Horvath’s principal, Jackie Horvath, has established Horvath Communications as a leading developer and manager of towers in the greater Indiana and Chicagoland region.
Tower Ventures, based in Memphis, Tennessee, is a tower developer with an outstanding track record of building wireless infrastructure and operating successful tower portfolios. Tower Ventures, led by managing partner Billy Orgel, has developed over 300 towers.
Fairmount Partners of West Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, acted as advisors to Horvath in developing its financing plan, introduced the parties and assisted in the negotiation and close of the partnership agreement.
