Horvath Towers Wins Zoning in Tough District

SOUTH BEND, IN - OCTOBER 18, 2007: Horvath Towers, LLC prevailed in a tough zoning batle in Boyne City, Michigan. Many tower companies and wireless carriers have tried numerous times before to procure zoning for a tower in the jurisdictiion of Boyne City. Horvath took a slightly different approach and secured land just outside of the jurisdiction within the jurisdiction of Evangeline Township.

Horvath received Planning Commission approved on July 17, 2007, followed by Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) approval on October 17, 2007 from Evangeline Township for a 100' monopole. Horvath is excited to be breaking into the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, as this is the first tower they will have built in that region.
